With it´s 140 sqm of residential area, the house No.9 in Vidovići is a place of peace and relaxation in the heart of the old village with a nice view of the sea.
Across a terrace, under wich an ancient cistern is located, still supplying the house with rain water, the house is entered into a spacious living/dinning room with a open-plan kitchen. A staircase leeds into the former wine cellar in the ground floor which is rebuilt into a bed-sitting room with a separate shower and toilette and a cast iron stove. This room can be entered from the outside through an old stone archway. On the first floor there is an anteroom, with an access to a gallery, with two futon beds, as well as an entrance to a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.
The house is furnished with the renovated old furniture, which we found in the house, combined with modern designer pieces. House Nr. 9 has been carefully renovated respecting the local architecture and using wood and stone in combination with modern construction materials. In the process of planning, we were assisted by the architekt dipl.-ing. Mrs. Gudrun Fleischmann-Oswald M.A.
